Throughout his almost 20-year career, the Chef with the most MICHELIN Stars in Portugal has won several distinctions as a cook, including the titles of Chef of the Year 2003 (Edições do Gosto), Chef of the Year 2013 (Awards WINE Magazine), Best Chef in Portugal 2014 (Arco Atlântico Gastro Awards), and the Prix Chefs de l’Avenir 2011 from Académie Internacional de Gastronomie, Paris.
